Ugh... see now you made me go dig up your "build thread." Sorry to say, but yeah, your car's average dude. Not saying all the work that has been done to it is average, because yeah, whoever did the rear overs definitely spent some time to get them look like that. That said, don't be surprised if all that work you didn't do suddenly goes wrong after you take a wrong turn down a horribly paved alley. Metal and fiberglass don't necessarily enjoy staying bonded in place when real world vibration and flexing are introduced. The fact that you just throw out 'rivets' like they're automatically garbage shows that you've got a lot to learn kid. There's a right way and a wrong way, being in Florida you've probably just not had the opportunity to see what the right way looks like.

So go ahead and feel good about yourself, because you happened to buy a car that someone else had some decent body work done to, but don't for one moment think you deserve a cookie for it. The fact that all the paint & body work has been done with emphasis on crap like an unpainted CF hatch and molded on fiberglass without any attempt at a cage makes a pretty strong case that you'll just be showing up to NOPI about 10 years too late. At the end of the day, you're still sitting on a stock shell with a body kit (read: AVERAGE) so how about you just pipe down until something cool happens to it.

I had my '37 Chevy Street Rod at mine, it was in a group & couple few photos and it was our get away car.... Either way, you need some car to leave in, why not the one you invested a ton of time, passion and money into? I'm sure they have plenty of "normal" pictures too.
You got a good point my friend, that I did not take an account of,
where they have other normal pictures of the wedding.

I'll take the post down

Actually, I have started a cage. And I kind of did grow up In a shop that produces multiple $150,000 per year and does stuff that nobody ever does. I called rivets shitty in the fact of LOOKS not performance. And its funny how the only part I painted (the engine bay) looks way nicer than the rest of the car. And to be honest how many people these days have a ZERO rust straight chassis s13? But I respect your opinion man to man and will continue my build/build thread for myself and any others who wish watch it.

You have no right being cocky at 16. You started out saying you wanted to be applauded because you bought an s13 with little rust and haven't sticker bombed it YET. Now sure your dad can own a shop and you live in it. Same story here and I'm now 21 and looking back I knew nothing like I thought I did at 16.
