There's no way to do that unless you're desperate and cut it into two.

I'm buying an SR20 swap soon. I REALLY want power steering. The seller has everything I need for power steering aside from the lines. Will my power steering lines from the KA work on the SR?

I have a s14 kouki carbon fiber hood and I need to mount my silvia emblem on the front.

I don't have the two alignment holes.

Could someone with a kouki and the silvia badge measure the distance from the center tip of the hood to the bottom tip of the badge?

Thanks a bunch!

Also, while you're at your car with your tape measure, could you measure the dimensions of the nissan emblem in the center of the kouki taillights? Thanks Again!

Now my question is, do the numbers on the side of the cap have to be on the same side as the number on the rod? I set all the caps on the rods based on the orientation of the numbers on top of them, but now cylinders 2 and 3 caps have the numbers on the opposite side as the rod. Can anyone please shed some light on this?

example:
Cylinder 1 with what I now believe is cylinder 2's cap

Then cylinder 3 with the number on the cap on the opposite side of the number on the rod, even though the "3" on the top is in the same orientation as all of the other caps. Cylinder 2 is the same thing
Each ROD is balanced with its CAP as a unit. Each piston is balanced with it's pin. If you mix up the parts you remove the balance job that has been done either at the manufacturer, or at the machine shop. Most rods don't come pre balanced so we take them and our pistons to a machine shop to get this done, along with the crank

Has anyone had issues with putting an SR fan shroud into an S13 with A/C? The drier on the passenger side is in the way of the fan shroud so I removed it for now, but I really want to have working A/C in the near future.

How do I know if I have 26mm or 30mm z32 calipers? They are aluminum, I measured rotor thickness and they were at 26mm but they are 3 years old, could they wear down to 26?

As long as you have a duel cam ka then it will bolt up..if you have a 89-90 s13 then you need a 91-94 dohc power steering lines setup

I read that yesterday, but it's not very helpful.

"The following is a comparison of some different Z32 300ZX brake calipers.

The "26mm Aluminum" calipers were used ONLY on 1990 non-turbos. They used a 280mm x 26mm rotor.

The "30mm Aluminum" calipers were used on 1990 Twin-turbos and ALL 1991-1992.5 300ZX's (both turbo and non-turbo alike). They used a 280mm x 30mm rotor.

The "30mm Iron" calipers were used on ALL 1992.5-1996 300ZX's (both turbo and non-turbo alike). They also used the 280mm x 30mm rotor.

Of course, the easiest way to tell aluminum from iron is to use a magnet, but I hope this helps some people trying to figure out what they've got/are getting if buying with just a picture for info."

I measured my rotor thickness, it was right at 26mm, but the rotors are years old, so I'm wondering I guess if it's possible that I have 30mm ones and they've worn down to 26mm, or if I have 26mm and I'm being a retard.

Measure the inside "channel" that the rotors sit in. 30mm calipers have 35mm of space, the 26mm have about 30mm of room.

Currently have two small problems with my s13, I searched but didn't really find an answer.
First problem, after the fuel pump is done priming, I can hear a moaning sound coming from the fuel pump. At times I can hear it while the car is on. Recently I replaced my fuel pump because it went out but that sound is still there. Any thoughts?

Second, I have to turn the key multiple times for my car to turn on. Sometimes it's two times or other times it's like 10 times I have to turn the key. I doubt it's the starter. I'm leaning more on the ignition switch is going bad.

Any advice or answer is greatly appreciated. And thx in advance

I have an s13 blacktop sr20det with apexi power fc and got an iat sensor and harness. The harness came with several connectors to use on the ends of the bare wires that go to the ecu. Which do I use? Picture of harness from FRsport showing the ones included.

http://www.frsport.com/APEXi-415-XA0...s_p_26603.html

Also,

Are these the correct places on the ecu to connect the harness to?

http://www.importintelligence.com/appofcsrdiat.html

Thanks!

Is there any other way to dampen coilovers? Reason why I ask that is because every time I turn the knob left it never stops. There is no stopping point. Is it broken?

Did you install a stock replacement pump or a walbro? I've heard of Walbros making noises.

When you say "turn the key" do you mean into the start position?
