Let me get to the point of having a finished product made and I'll post it up. I'll charge something reasonable, I just need to know how much time I'll have in making them before I know the price.
Also I plan on buying a better oven tomorrow so hopefully that will help me make that plastic my witch.

Dude this is awesome. I would go for the smooth to match. I'm down for whenever this comes out; I would have bought the wiper motor cover BUT my ABS is in the way.

ABS sucks! My wife's daily has it and it's totally a pain. I know what you mean. But you could always delete it and rock a wiper cover anyway.

Update: I've been having trouble forming the cup portion. The previous form I was using was sticking and wrinkling in one spot so I bought a better oven that has more even heat thinking that that would help the wrinkling part. Wrong, but the plastic does heat more evenly and ABS is now easier to work with so it wasn't a total loss. Anyway, I decided that I didn't like the original form so I opted to have one machined out of aluminum. Well it grabbed the plastic like a son of a gun and I ended up having to cut it off. Well I can't sell two piece cup now can I, so I took it back to the shop and had them rework it. I just tried it this afternoon and it released WONDERFULLY! But the wrinkle is still there. I have a few more tricks up my sleeve so I'm going to keep at it until I get it right. Just takes time to learn all the tricks of this new trade I suppose. I'll post more later once I have some news. Thanks for keeping track.

I am sure you have already thought of this, but just in case, have you accounted for depth? making sure that it isnt so deep that it bottoms out on the transmission tunnel?

i would rather redo my whole center console, get rid of the ash tray, and it would look better if you just mold it with the center console with a much cleaner look. 2 cup holders like the S15 center console

^^
I have one in my S14 and nothing fits well in it. Have it below the radio and drinks still sit too close to the HVAC and tilt out. Never trust them. I always feel they're gonna fly off when I drive. Plus you cant have something in there when it's in park (automatic). Shifter sits too close. Maybe mines a dud,... any other S14 owners have this issue?
