First post on the first page buddy.

The word "your" is used repeatedly.

I would also imagine that it isn't exactly useful to be copying and pasting previous posts from this very thread.

But why are we splitting hairs?

There's a difference between common sense and opinion. Your constantly expressing the latter.

If I ever stroll in to an area that resembles this I've made a wrong turn.

Maybe thats y people buy so-called "real wheels" vs. So-called "knock off wheels" .... My car is a track car. It will not be driven on the streets. So for me it makes perfect sense to spend 160 per wheel vs 500+.... At this given time ...... If I would just drive the car in the streets I would buy some nice wheels!! My 2 cents
really? you don't think they build these "racing wheels" are built to handle the abuse of the track?

Seems backwards to me as well, if anything I'd be not running anything other than genuine wheels on the track, f*ck having a wheel fail doing 180kph through a corner.

I'd feel a lot safer with knock offs on my car while driving around the street at legal speeds than on the track.

exactly my earlier point

to the guy below me, The Mods will delete what they deem neccessary. The point is this is wheel related talk, so it is somewhat in the vein of the thread.

And that proved what?
I would rather have my stock 240 with OEM silvia front and SE's, than knock off wheels and a knock off bumper, so I can go hardpark at meets after I drive around with top down and my three best buddies in my car.

Your proving my point, jump on a different bandwagon.

i'd just be worried about the inner wheel clearance. the highest offset i've seen up front with a 10.5 was +15, but that depends on your suspension setup. i'm sure you could make it fit with a good pull, a 235/40, and a 10-15mm spacer.
