We still talk about cheap shit successors to the 240's legacy in here or nah? I'm back to feeling Z33's again.
Been seeing some 2j and VW VR6 turbo swapped 350Z's that made my mouth drop. VK45 might be fun in one too.

And people wonder why it costs 5 hours of labor ($500+) to replace a simple valve cover gasket. To make matters worse; a BMW valve cover gasket is only good for a whopping eight years until it starts pissing out oil.

Yeah Corbic hit the nail on the head. It's a brilliant motor set up to me. All the pros of a V6 engine in a package the size of an I4. I just really don't like conventional V engines. Became a fan as soon as I saw this a while back:

It's mated to the CD009. VR6 doesn't really fit under a 240's hood cleanly though. The owner had to cut a hole on the hood. But it fit's great in the Z33's bay that used to house the tall ass VQ35.

And holy shit on that MKV B58 engine bay. Makes the N54/54 look like a work of art...

Compared to the other modern bays this one is actually not too bad (IMO).

Actually it rapes the whole competition currently. MT and others said it’s the first 3 Series competitor that is better without an asterisk. It’s just better.
