^^^Yeah, hence the 'at the moment' part. I'm sure once they find out the dry sump issue, it'll be back.

We still talk about cheap shit successors to the 240's legacy in here or nah? I'm back to feeling Z33's again.
Been seeing some 2j and VW VR6 turbo swapped 350Z's that made my mouth drop. VK45 might be fun in one too.

It looks like someone dumped the parts bin of hoses on top of the engine. I don't even want to imagine working on that mess.

And people wonder why it costs 5 hours of labor ($500+) to replace a simple valve cover gasket. To make matters worse; a BMW valve cover gasket is only good for a whopping eight years until it starts pissing out oil.

Imagine getting the literal unicorn 3JZ, but bitching about how it looks.

Flashed B58 dyno from last August.

It's mated to the CD009. VR6 doesn't really fit under a 240's hood cleanly though. The owner had to cut a hole on the hood. But it fit's great in the Z33's bay that used to house the tall ass VQ35.

And holy shit on that MKV B58 engine bay. Makes the N54/54 look like a work of art...

It's a BMW... The same BMW that thinks rod bearings are a normal 36k mile maintenence item.

I'm disappointed that engines have gone from works of art to disgusting eye sores.

Mmmmm Ecoboost Ranger

Compared to the other modern bays this one is actually not too bad (IMO).

So, continuing the theme of cluttered engine bays, I present the Mustang Ecoboost 2.3t vs the Genesis Coupe 2.0t:

Man, this is just embarrassing. Why you’d buy this over a Stinger GT is beyond me.

Think that's bad, have you seen the G70/G80?

Litterally rapes the Infiniti lineup.

Actually it rapes the whole competition currently. MT and others said it’s the first 3 Series competitor that is better without an asterisk. It’s just better.
