I'm just not a fan of that kind of widebody. Still like it though. That targa is fresh though.

Maybe if the roof was cutout with a sawzall and body kit installed with wood screws.

I'm not a fan of the wide body, but I love the targa. Car looks very "import".

Its ugly as shit, but well put together. It's not DIW just because it is in poor taste. Taste is subjective.

It's a serious fab job, so the owners are already planning repaint and other custom work.

Sadly we live in a post RWB world where everyone wants to Rocketbunny everything.

In 15 years we'll look back at all the bolt-on wife in the same way we look at R34, Evo 6 and Invader lots of the 90's.

Nismoed the sentra there fam. its 2800 lbs though so.... I dunno how good the reviews will be. It is a big sedan, maybe a lighter coupe version would fair better. it's not rwd either

At least its something I guess? Its probably just the Sentra turbo with some suspension upgrades

But why........Its not like its a hot hatch like the fiesta or foucs. Taking bets, it makes less than 50 hp more than the stock sentra turbo.

which is already like 100 less than every competitor .

They should just awd turbo the versa or some shit, I don't know why they bother with this, its basically just a glorified trim level that few sentra buyers would opt for.

THIS ALL DAY.

Who is the market for this? Then sentra turbo starts at 21K. The nismo version is likely to add minimum 5K to it. So you are talking probably 26K or more for a 1.6L fwd sedan.

or

You can buy a wrx, v6 pony car new, slightly older v8 pony car. etc etc.

I don't see how this made it past the bean counters but a the new 510 did not.

I can honestly say GTR non withstanding there is not a single Nissan I would want to purchase even if I had the cash.

Didn't even think about the base wrx. Arent civics turbo now? I wonder how much this stuff could compete with them cost/performance wise.

The only nissan id think of buying would be like a manual versa or something, cuz theyre super cheap, and even then i would be purchasing it for a family member, and not myself.

Been saying that for 16 years. I haven't wanted anything Nissan since the death of the skyline and s15, which we can't have until they're old and falling apart anyway.

I actually own the older version Sentra (the bubble booty one, B15) that Nissan tried to make into a 'sporty' sedan with their n and r tuned nismo package. They didn't do much then and they didn't do much now.

I knew it would be a disappointment because as mentioned many times before, Nissan does NOT, in any way shape of form, live up to their slogan "Innovation That Excites".

What innovation? Excites who? Their GT-R is the ONLY thing they did that excited the 'few' who can afford it and even that is getting old.

My friend Joe always had a saying...

Anytime a description is used in a name or log, it automatically means the opposite.

Best Chinese
Fast Lube Change
Quality Home Repair
Nonpartisan Politics
Fair and Balanced
Reliable Delivery
Dollar General (where the median price is $5)
Etc...

So Innovation that Excites?

Everything they do is a snoozer and they are lagging extensively in Innovation.

CVTs are the work of the devil.

Want innovation? Look at VAGs DSG and the Domestics 8/10spd transmissions.
