195/40 is complete madness!!!

Typically, you have to run a fatter tire on 17s...which is why I've always preferred a 215/45 or 235/40 up front with them. You just have to make a shit ton of room with a sledge hammer to fit that...and I am honestly not sure if S13s can tuck that sized tire up front without serious cutting and welding, haha.

I think thats why the 215/40/17 and 215/35/18 is a standard for S13s up front.....again though, a 195/40 is completely crazy, that's probably like 23" tall, if that.

The last update I got is that they should be finished with production by the end of the month and stateside by the end of April at the soonest. I am guessing it will be sometime in late May before I actually see them, but I would love to be pleasantly surprised.

I wish that pic was recent, but it's from January when I drove it around the block. I am taking the cleaner fenders, new headlight covers, front bumper, and lip in for paint tomorrow or Wednesday. Hoping to have the exterior all back together and the car ready to rock by next weekend.

Still wish it was red, lol. Mr.Fairlady is KILLING it with parts orders lately, lol!
