Hey how did you hook up your horn to work and the steering wheel to work with the turn signal clicks as you twist the steering wheel? I have a '90 240sx SE with cruise control. The USDM 240sx steering wheel has two vertical plastic trims at the rear cover of the steering wheel that is used to cancel the turn signal switch when the driver is done turning. But this Momo wheel does not have that rear trim and it does not have the ground clock spring located on the USDM steering wheels. Do you cancel your own turn signal switch manually when done turning? I am for the meanwhile, thanks

A good hub has little pegs that you place like this : between the two white signal cancelers. That way when you turn the wheel and they're like this - -between the cancelers, and when you resume normal position they have activated and cancelled the turn signal. I don't have any pics for reference.

Thanks for the reply, but I think you misunderstood my question. I'm not speaking of an aftermarket Momo steering wheel, which I'm pretty sure they have hubs with pegs as you mentioned. I'm speaking of the Nissan Momo type x optional steering wheel. I installed it yesterday and noticed that is does not match with pegs for the turn signals, nor does it have a clock spring like our USDM wheels. So s13 owners that have this wheel, I was wondering what they did to make the horn work, and have the ease with canceling the turn signals, because I am doing them manually right now.

Is that Type X wheel off a HICAS model car? Because HICAS is totally different from non-HICAS

i was curious and had some left over from my headliner so i sprayed an extra rear seat i had. its honestly not bad. I actually decided to just do the entire rear seat and ordered some more paint from amazon to finish the rest of it.

it is stiffer but not much more and it looks decent. so until i reupholster my back seats they're gonna be sprayed.

i was running low on paint but you get the idea

The new seats you got look like 96 Base Model 14 seats. Dark outside Grey inside.

hmm my only guess is jdm 96 base s14 came with them as well??

i was under the impression that they were usdm but my buddy swore they were JDM. he purchased them form RRR garage way back when they were still around. they use to import used jap parts believe they had something to do with up garage.

any way they are spotless foam is good and they make my car look way better.

nothing is wrong with my seats. yes both my seats slide and they both lean forward to let passengers in but like most usdm two door cars the passenger seat should do both lean forward and slide with just pulling the reclining lever.

in japan passenger seat is our drivers side so my drivers seat does this
