I heard the CA State Ref is going to be re-instated. Not sure though but thats just what I heard.

just got a ref ticket last night in westminester got busted for exhaust and emission and unsafe vehical cause of my quick release and he said state ref opens oct 8th soo pretty much iam fucked just going to pay the fine

ref is back in play i got a ref ticket for modified engine because the highway patrol thought my stock exhaust mani was an aftermarket header and my non carb legal intake.

You do know it's law to have a working airbag on vehicles newer than like the airbags inception. Otherwise the vehicle can be deemed unsafe, especially if they're telling cops to ticket you for that shit.
