i'm pretty satisfied how they came out, considering it was my first retrofit. and also i can see about %80 better now # )

Looks like halogen projectors with a re based bulb hid kit. Did you not want to spend a little more money and use OEM hid projectors that perform well?

yeah now that you say it i think they did come out of aftermarket lights.
since it was all free it was more of a trial.and i have been needing better output so i figured what the hell. but i'm definitely going oem projectors when i go overfenders and back to zenki lights.

I retrofitted acura tl projectors into my pop ups

I took the projectors out of my pop ups and I'm currently working on my silvia front which I'm doing quad tl projectors into my triple projector headlights

I finished up the projector retro fit using the TRS Morimoto Mini H1's and Mini Gatling shroud, and 4300K bulbs.

The clear covers coming off the headlight after 5 years of service.



First mock up of the projector.


The shoud is trimmed and fitted in.


Back side of the TRS Morimoto Mini H1, I ended up adding the stock H4 bulb holder clip as well.

Clear lens is back on with using the 3M Windo-Weld(available at Napa Auto Parts, I believe it was the 3/8th tick one, costs about $20 or so..enough length to do two full zenki headlights!)

Rough mock up to the car with just one side, decent cut off. still 10x better than before.


Over all, I'm happy with the out come. I did add the diode in the relay harness from the High-to-Low wire so it doesn't shut the HID off when the high-beam is engaged, and used the stock wiring to activate the high-beam/cut-off flap actuator. This worked out perfectly as I expected and wanted.

The rotation is off a good bit. Have you sealed up the lenses yet?

that was literally a rough mock up to the car, no lens cover, no bolts, I just plugs in the wires to test fire the HID bulb and to check cut off, I did check for rotation at the stage, just not pictured.

i wanted to get some for my fog lights but idk

Can somebody make a nice fitting Zenki Clear Lense?
I'm very sad now that I'm seeing how big the gap is around the lights.
As far as the CS Lense goes. Does anyone have pics of the Final Konnexion Lenses?
It looks like they used a Stock Lense and just straight made the clear lense inside the factory one.

Here is something a little bit different I decided to go with.

I went ahead and mounted some LED bars (I fabbed up some aluminum brackets)
And I mounted the headlight covers with some aluminum brackets as well.
I removed all of the OEM headlight hardware under as it is very heavy and I shed some weight this way as well.

The lights look pretty good at night while driving.

I can't remember if these are them. I bought some clear lenses back in 06 just can't remember who these are from.

Hey guys who owns/owned dmax and circuit sport tail lights. What is the difference if there is any? also, are the smoked tail lights tinted?

Dmax S13 hatch tails from Japan with center garnish.

Took the tails to a painter who applied VHT Night Shade and clear coat. Wet sanded and buffed.

Loaded with SuperBrightLEDs.com single 3w red 1157 bulbs, triple 1w 1156 yellow turn signal bulbs and focused 3w 1157s for reverse lights. These are not eBay garbage; they are about $18 each bulb so doing all the rear bulbs was about $130. Tested against the stock bulbs, they were at least twice as bright.

I didn't like the top lip of the tails/garnish, so I vinyl wrapped them with 3M Di-Noc gloss carbon
