If you made custom LCA's from the start, why didn't you just widen your track width so you wouldn't have to run such a spacer and you could have a somewhat proper scrub radius?

Has anyone realized this? Hahaha I've never heard this before, and it seems like a great idea!

RHDphil, looks like some gnarly angle.

I also did not know that. However, I didn't know about ackerman 2 years ago, so my knuckles don't have much ackerman correction and the tie rods are close to being at max comfortable length. I should have added more to the tie rod
I made a new pair with lots of ackerman correction and a bit quicker steering. I shouldn't need my rack spacers anymore and the new knuckles' tie rod pickup is ~1/2" further away. So I'm just waiting to buy Ikeya Formula inners and S14 outers.

Old knuckles, just over 2 years used. The steering arm is shortened but not moved toward the rotor except for the small amount that comes from shortening it.

New knuckles. The tie rod pickup is almost in line with the lower ball joint hole, so still has a bit of ackerman. Length is 3 7/8" center to center. A buddy measured his MAX Pro knuckles and said they're ~4". Hope I didn't go too short. Haven't installed these yet because I don't think I have enough tie rod.

DW knuckles tie rod to ball joint center to center length is ~3 7/8". Should be fine.

Arms are slightly longer than stock, but this is my 1st set and was experimenting, and ideally i will prob switch to a 17" wheel and about 8" wide with lower offset, this is just what i have now, the design needs to be improved still, because of the 1 piece design and angle of front tension rod leaves little adjustment, i am going to make another better improved set that will have much more adjustment, here is a pic of the arms before bump stops were put on, also has dust boots sealed over spacers on heims now

Thank man. Its nice to see some one who appreciates good work.

I try to go by the motto " Perfection is only just good enough "

If you find any vids of the cars that I might not have seem please put them up on my facebook page.

The S15 with the RB26 had another oil pressure issue at BDC but we now know the cause and are fixing it asap.

So it looks like the angle of the rod end that would be the tension rod end is fixed, and the other rod end can swivel while adjusting caster and then be tightened?

And is that little countersink the beginnings of a swaybar mount? I dont remember if you mentioned a swaybar before

The castor and the track can be adjusted by the in-situe adjusters. Then clamped up.

The LCA is designed to have a sway bar if needed.

They won't work unless your ball joint is vertical.

Does anyone on here know COR Integration personally?
I inquired if I need to send in my cross member or if they have them pre-made. They replied that I will indeed need to send mine in, so I asked for their address to ship it out, and have not heard back from them since. Granted it has only been a couple days, but I am impatient.

Machining some 3/4" high misalignment cups for the stock FLCA.

These will be going on stewart leask's car to do some testing with.
