yeah its a 200sx but the engine is a ca18det, it isnt totally dead however because the problem happens like 10% of the time that i try starting it, ive driven it for the past couple days without any problems... i have a hunch it is the main or starter relay, any idea where i could find it and how to fix it?

3M VHB Acrylic Foam Tape. I think you have to be a "Trade/Professional" to get it in the UK. They have a clear version for the home market though. The key is to get both surfaces clean as possible. Then caulk the seams with window weld.

so I installed my walboro on sunday.....didn't fix my problem, only made me more aware. so it starts stuttering once the car is warm....and today I didn't smell fuel, nor did I have any sound coming from the car once it was off. could it be possible that the backpressure is causing this problem? anyone? |

Battery Relocation
Hello everyone,
i am looking into relocating my battery to the trunk, but after reading all the different write ups i am still confused on where the 100 amp fuse goes. i have read it has to be close to the battery, and i have also seen that you put it near the old wiring.... any help would be great. Thanks! |

Hi guys, I'm new to this website seeing as I just got my new car, a 1995 zenki. I had a pretty simple question: What is a nice Intake for a zenki? I've heard HKS quite a bit but I thought I should ask the experts thanks~

I recently purchased a Cusco 6pt cage for my S13. I want to add a harness bar to it but am unsure of how it should be added. Ive seen the bar go straight across the main hoop and Ive also seen the bar bend back behind the main hoop 9 inches or so. What is the reason for both?

you mentioned smelling fuel, did you look for a fuel leak? could be leaking fuel at the fuel rail, dropping the fuel pressure.

Doing a Q45 front brake upgrade- there is an electrical connector on the calipers that I assume is for ABS. My 240sx has ABS, but I dont remember there being any wiring going to my OEM front calipers. Am I mistaken? If I'm not mistaken, what do I do with the wiring on the new calipers, and how will this affect my ABS?

No, That's the cover over the Airbag computer. Notice the bright yellow harness coming out of it. TCU is located where the clutch pedal bracket should be.

makes sense. is it only for the ones with driver and passenger airbags? my first one didn't have one and only had a driver airbag, my second has both airbags, and that computer. i forgot about the auto ecu in place of the clutch pedal.

motor is out of a auto 97 has about 100k on it now. ka24de. I've looked for fuel, don't smell it in the engine bay...i smell it when i'm driving usually after the car is sitting for a while at a light. I googled the problem, and the throttle position sensor comes up. motor was swapped at the beggining of this year. new plugs, new wires, new fuel filter. new pump now...new gaskets all around.... sounds like a plug is bad...(lawn mower sound)...i'm guessing its getting flooded. If i rev it at a stop, it'll stutter...car hasn't stalled yet, but i'm not looking forward when it happens. i still have to drive this bitch to work. |

Thought i'd refer to here for my question...
How do i take off the hex big bolt, that you turn to spin the crank/ pistons etc? When i turn left to try to unscrew it, the crank and everything just spins that way lol.. I tried holding the camshaft with a wrench and turn that right while turning the crank one to the left, and nothing happens. It's on pretty good i must say, so i'm wondering what the technique is to unscrew that bolt??????????????????? ?????????????????????????????? |

Hey everyone,
I need some help with getting my tail lights to work on my 95 S14. I have been searching for the fix for a few weeks now and tried everything I have come across. The problem is that the tail lights don’t come on when I use the headlight switch for night driving. Also my turn signals don’t work with the headlight switch but the fronts work only with the hazard lights. The threads I have found have more then the tail lights not working. Everything works in the car but the tail lights and rear turn signals. Any help from you guys would be great. Things I have replaced or checked: New working headlight switch Put in new 10a fuses for tail lights and turn signals. Put in new bulbs for tail lights and brake lights (1156 and 1157) and turn signals (168). Used electric tape on all open wires. Checked ground t16 for tail lights. |
