s13 Need help involving dual port "Internal" wastegate actuator

Hey I need a helping hand with this, and yes ive searched a lot for bout a week, I have a dual port internal wastegate actuator, and I need help to figure out the right way to run vac lines with a manual boost controller. Do I run the vac line from compressor to bottom port, than tee off with mbc and run to top port? That way the mbc is controlling the top port? Or do complete opposite? And use the mbc to control bottom port? I know bottom port presses on rev side of diaphram to help creep and spike, just not sure which way to run my vac and mbc properly , thanks guys

From what I gather, for simplicity, leave the bottom port alone (open) and just use the top port.
