s13 Megan Street Series Coilovers Height Adjustment

Anyone own these coilovers and know how to change the ride height? They were already installed when I bought the car and I looked on Megans website and they all they say is "The height adjustment is made easy with CNC-machined locking perches for accuracy and smooth adjustment." Thanks guys
