CT Rb25det 91 s13 for sale

I will start by saying does not run. Started this swap in January when i picked he car up. Black S13 undercoated with 0 rust except for 2 bubbles on roof. New tires. Fenders are not even rolled. Rb25det with 550cc injectors. Top mount manifold, new turbo from maxspeeedingrods, hood exit exhaust, front facing intake manifold, new coil packs, new spark plugs, welded diff, wiring specialties swap harness, z32 ecu with empathy tune. Will frank and fire but will not run. Am at a lost for what it is. I am pretty sure it is a bad wire, ground, or timing. Spent the last 3 months tinkering with it and will still not run just giving up. Did pull it apart and did head gasket(pulled apart and put back together correctly) was immaculate on the inside. Someone take it off my hands. Just want to see it run someday. 8,000 firm have over 12k into this and disappointed I can’t get it running. Near Hartford CT
