Has a 22.4inHG ( -11PSI) spring installed... does not leak, cracks exactly at 22.4inHG... valve moves smoothly. Anodizing is a little faded.

Located in Anaheim off State College and 91, or can meet up in Los Angeles in the Eagle Rock area.
