2JZ Ring Gap

Re-building my 2JZ Vvti and want some opinions on if I should file my Wiseco rings or not and why my 2nd ring is already larger than what Wiseco recommended.

Wiseco - Top Ring (0.017") 2nd Ring (0.019") for street moderate turbo.

Toyota Manual - Top (0.012 - 0.016 with max of 0.039) 2nd Ring (0.014 - 0.018 with a max of 0.04) First numbers are std.

My top rings come in at 0.016 for cyl 1 and 3 and 0.014 for the rest. Think I should file the 0.014 to match the 0.016 or think I'd be fine?

Also the 2nd rings are coming in at 0.025 for cyl 1 and 3 and 0.022 for the rest. Gap is already larger right out of the box than Wiseco or the manual says but again its less than the max in the Toyota manual. Opinions?

Thanks,

Robbie.
