I think the "war potential" they keep mentioning is a list of worthy opponents. Kenpachi is on it too. Juha Bach's absorbing ability is totally different. Correct me but Baby's is more of a possession and uses the possessee's powers/abilities and Juha Bach's only work on those who's drank his blood or something and then aborbs their soul when they die.
