RB FS/TW 1989 Black RB25'd Sil40.. PRICE DROP!!!

Name: Simmy
Location: Phoenix Arizona
Car: 1989 Nissan 240SX Hatchback
Price: $6800 USD!! (Without NT01s)
Trade: Yes
I bought the car from a good friend of mine who had then owned the car since at least August of 2007 and had the engine swapped in by a shop called FNS Autowerks in Phoenix Arizona (Receipts totaling over $11,940 USD).

The car is a 1989 Nissan 240sx Hatchback base model with:
132k miles on the chassis
crank up/down windows
no sunroof
no power door locks
It still has stock gray cloth interior including back seats and rear trunk carpet.
AC blower motor still works
most interior controls work (wipers, lights etc)
Silvia S13 front end
RB25DET from ECR33
S14 Intercooler kit
Greddy BOV
Greddy Intake Manifold
KoyoRad
Dual Flex-a-lite fans
RB25 Driveshaft
Greddy Timing Belt
Full exhaust
New belts
New radiator hoses
R33 Skyline Transmission (shifts smoothly)
ACT Clutch
300 ZX Brakes
5 Lug conversion
JDM S13 LSD (works okay)
K Sport Kontrol Pro coilovers (less than 8 months old ~1200 miles)
Cusco upper and lower rear control arms
K Sport Tension Rods
Nismo Power Brace
BuddyClub P1 17x8 +32 F and 17x9 +37 R lightweight wheels
Nitto NT01 Tires 245/45/17
17in 350Z wheels for street use
Federal 595 SS tires 215/40/17F and 235/40/17R
New uncracked windshield
Different turbo (unsure of size)
Haltech E11V2 Ecu
Emissions legal in AZ until 2014 (smogged beginning of this year)

Cons:
cracked dash (have cloth dash cover)
paint is in okay condition at best, not show car quality, but works well and looks better than most S13s
No AC
No Powersteering
No heat
Has Speakers but no Radio
Front Turn signals need to be wired in
battery is dead (since it doesn't get driven much at all)
Has JDM S13 cluster, but speedometer and odometer do not work properly. I have put less than 2000 miles at most since I've owned the car (it's my second and sometimes third car) and the vehicle was unregistered since 2009 (swap was completed in May 2009) so the previous owner did not drive it much either.

More information:
I bought the car so I could do more track events and retire my S2000 from track duty. I have only done 2 track events since I have owned the car and every single time, the transmission fluid and engine oil were replaced prior to the event and alignment was checked before and after the event (I have lifetime alignment on the vehicle.) Other than this, I have done a few canyon runs and that's about it. It does not need much, but I would switch to a Z32 brake master cylinder for better brake feel. This along with a retune and an oil cooler would be the only things I'd add onto the car.

Build thread:
I'm bored.. So I'll post about my other "S" - S2KI Honda S2000 Forums

Pictures:

Sorry for the lack of interior pictures. There are a few videos in the build thread that show the interior. Please keep in mind that there is nothing mechanically wrong with the car. It is very capable and competitive, but I am just looking for a change. If there's anything I am forgetting, I will add onto later and if you have any questions, please do not hesitate to ask.
