let me give you a little info before you make a decision.
4300k would be the BRIGHTEST color you can select. 6000k is very close, but has a little bit(very very little) less light output. The higher K's like 8000, 10000 and 12000 just gives it MORE color.. u will actually have less light output because the color gets absorbed into the road(kinda like a black light on a black surface). The brightness to outcoming traffic is dependant on how you aim your headlights and what kinda shielding if any the headlight has. With correct aiming, glare/on coming traffic shouldn't be a problem.
