s13 Running/cluster light fuse keeps blowing

So I got my 92 s13 coupe a couple weeks ago, used to have a Silvia front end, previous owner swapped it out and put a normal chuki front end back on. I checked the wires that were hacked by the Silvia conversion and taped everything back to normal, still blows a 15 amp fuse (3rd from the bottom right side). Another thing was the radio wires were cut instead if buying a jumper harness for a aftermarket stereo, I cut those wires and jus got a stock radio harness from te junk yard and wired everything up, and I bought the jumper harness for the aftermarket deck and it worked fine, but still blowing the same 15amp fuse. I check my tailights, I have the aftermarket dmax looking ones, wiring looks fine inside the tail lights, so I heard if removing all bulbs and seeing if the fuse still blows, than if it doesn't plug it in to see which bulb it blows on, well I removed all the bulbs, still blows the fuse, I disconnected all my sidemarkers front and rear removed the bulb, unplugged headlight/headlight motor, unplugged taillights, I also removed my license plate bulbs, cluster, my radio, the old crap left over alarm wiring. I did a quick inspection under the fenders no wires were being rubbed. I also tried swapping the tcu with one if got fromt he junk yard, same crap, as soon as I turn the switch to turn my running/cluster lights on, bam the fuse blows. Also my hazards work and they blink normal speed but when I turn my signals on either left or right, they both blink really fast. Someone help me please!! I been at this for way too long now!! Any information will be appreciated!! Thanks in advance!!

I had this problem on an s13 and one of my turn signal sockets were bad. The terminals inside the socket came loose and they were touching even when a bulb wasn't in it. Sounds like this is your problem. If not sounds like you will be chasing wires.
