90 240sx AUTO sohc RPM PROblem

need help to figure out the problem this is driving around for 30 mins or so on the highway at around 60mph anyways here the problem when my rpm drops down to about 1k it goes back up a slight bit to maybe 1.3k and i don't even have to press the gas or anything it also seems like it doing a brake jerk also with out me not even pressing on the brake ever time i let go of the gas at a higher rpm and it does it until i come to a complete stop

it hard to explain i think but i'll try to get more info on it if anyone doesn't understand what im saying

uh it like a brake jerk(slows down faster?) when it get to the 1k around some say it could be the tps sensor, IACV or ACC,egr valve, vaccum hoses, engine grounds, ecu ground got damn what is it?

i could try to make more vid of it if you need a longer version

here a video mute the sound i think it messed up(sorry bout the quality and sound recorded from a cell phone)
p.s as soon as the video starts i let go of the gas and it rolling by itself until the end

high idle can be because of vaccum leaks, bad harness grounds, a dirty iacv, etc

with the braking problem, it comes to a complete stop on its own? what happens if you leave the car on drive, but not pressing on the accelerator? can you feel the brakes holding the car?

i'll check those things as soon as it stop raining but on the braking it more of like how you keep downshifting to all the gears to fast and it give that slow down motion haha damn this hard to explain but i'll try or it like everytime it hits 1k feels it like some one is tapping/stepping on the brakes

get your tranny flushed, and add about 8 ounces of lubegard red.

Change the trans filter too.

Could be the tps.
