How do i get my s13 dual cam running in my s14?
I know i need to change the ignition and intake but what about my ecu? I'm mostly concerned with the different cams the stock s13 engine has if possible i would like to just re tune my s14 ecu to run the s13 cams.

If you're keeping the S14 ecu reuse the S14 intake manifold and distributor. There's not substantial differences between the cast intake manifold itself, its things like the IACV and TPS that are attached to it. Even then depending on years the TPS doesn't change from S13 to early S14. Cams won't matter if they're stock.

The upper intake (runner half) is exactly the same, in fact (other than the missing butterflies in the S14, but my '93 S13 didn't have them either).
The heater hose and vacuum line routing is actually the biggest headache difference between the lower intakes (plenum half). I have a modified S14 lower intake I was going to use in my S13 but I couldn't get it to work without using S14 heater hoses and vacuum manifold. I didn't want to delete all that stuff or track down what I was missing so I just went back to my S13 plenum. The IACV, throttle body (with TPS), and EGR all swap over. The S13 cams aren't so aggressive that it makes any difference. You can even go a step beyond S13 cams to something like BC Stage 2 264s without a tune and it'll run safely (but a tune obviously will take advantage of the extra flow).
