My speedometer is showing 10mph as soon as I hook up the battery and when I turn the key on, it jumps to 20mph. I assume the gauge is shorted out so I am looking for either a speedometer or a kouki cluster so I can see if that is the problem. Let me know what you?ve got. Need it shipped to 65712.
