I'm still willing to give you the a/c parts and other misc shit but I'm tired of getting a run around with you about the radio...hence me starting all this shit.

We traded in October and you had plenty of time to ship it. That night I mentioned several times that the parts where not part of the trade, how you supposedly didn't hear me is beyond me because even in the car whilst driving you acknowledged it and your buddy understood it too since he knew more about your car than you did. The only reason I even give a fuck about the radio is a matter of principle. Every trade I've ever done, I've gotten fucked over on...every single one. Shit is not happening again even if I have to go to jail over it.

You can either name a date and time to meet up within a week or 2 notice so I can schedule a day off to come up there or I can, it's that simple. I'll give you the a/c shit and what ever else I can fit in the trunk as I said before just as a good faith gesture like it was intended to be from the beginning.

1. The hood was a ploy to get you to answer as you've done nothing but ignore me or blow me off with lies. It does not exist and never has.

2. The only parts I even mentioned to you was a spare alternator, an a/c condenser and a few other small misc parts but as I stated that night THEY WHERE NOT PART OF THE FUCKING TRADE.

3. You did not have cash on top that night like you where supposed to because remember...I was asking 10k for my car WITHOUT PARTS and you where asking significantly less than that.

With that being said...how do you figure I owe you anything? All things aside that have gone wrong with this Lexus, I haven't said anything was directly your fault. Am I saying you might have known about the issues, yes, but I never said you where the cause. Put all that aside and tell me how you think I owe you anything and we'll see from there.

My radio. I recently hit you up as I saw you posting shit up forsale from the car and I told you that I have the OEM hood. I also told you that when I get the radio we'll discuss you getting it.

Yea, the car you traded me ran great for just a few weeks but from day one, that night I noticed transmission slippage 1st to second but only picked up on it after I stopped a few exits away to get some food. I realized then that I fucked up but I kept it to myself. I never said it was your fault the car broke down, it's my fault for trading in the first place, once I saw the body damage and how clueless you where I should have said fuck this but priorities take precedence and I needed a 4 door asap.

I didn't falsify shit to any moderator on here, I have no reason to lie. I've tried to get you to send the radio as you never have days off when I do and I don't have days off when you do. You ship the damn radio and I'll pay for the shipping, just as I said the night of the trade "In the event we cannot meet up, just ship it to me." We traded in October, here it is January and supposedly you sent it to Kenwood to have them unlock it...Bro, don't play me for some fool, if you have had time to send the radio to Kenwood, you would have had time to send it to me. You know what your doing and you think this shits a game. You have had no intention from day one to send it to me...the only thing you fucked up with is that you had no idea I had a security feature enabled and when you disconnected the battery it activated.
