Sr20det T25, with stranger flapper (IWG) ??

bought this t25 of craigslist for $100. its in good shape but for some reason the wastegate flapper doesnt look original. here is a picture. anyone seen a stock t25 with a flapper that looks like the one ive got ??

It's blown from the looks of it.

Nope I just cleaned it up and coated it in a little oil cause its going to be sitting for a few months.
