Hi I drive a 97 240sx and my previous goals were to get a rb25det. But since my car will be daily driven and the parts market for rb is fairly low, not to mention downtime of having the parts shipped, I'm currently looking into the sr14 blacktop motor. For anyone with experience with the sr14 blacktop here's a list of parts I was hoping to hit at least 300 hp with the below keep in mind i want this to be fairly reliable:

- t3/t4 turbo
- valve springs/valves
- Aftermarket intake
- 80mm downpipe
- 80mm exhaust
- 10psi w/ boost controller
- FMIC
- Piggy back ecu upgrade + tune

If there's brands i should look out for that'd be great. Thanx for your help.

t3/t4 = bleh, get a Garrett GT T25, it'll be good for 400hp if 300 isnt enough for you which i have a feeling it might not be, and its a much better turbo

You are going to need to beef up your fuel system if you want to keep that hp very long.

I forgot to add 300zx turbo fuel pump.

i have seen a lot of T3/T4 turbo cars that are fast as **** T25 gt is not worth the time or money ballistic concepts wheels in a T3/T4 ownes

highest HP on stock internals SR runs a T3/T4 so bleh is not the correct comment but what do you expect from someone with a handful of posts

T3/T4 is fine but just keep in mind that the downpipe intercooler hotpiping, oil lines and manifold will be need to be custom or bought from a kit.

Also fuel upgrades are a MUST.
