Relays

I have an 89 hatch that i am putting an sr in,  I have everything in and i turned the key and a relay under the dash went nutshave been troubleshooting for a two days  and i cant see to find out what the problem is.  I bought the car with a blown up engine so i dont know if it did it before.  Also i have no power at my ignitor chip so i am guessing the problems are related.  So i guess my question is   where can i find out what the relays go to   i cant seem to find anything on them  only ecu.
