I've been rolling without a sunroof for about 2 months now. I was cool with it but rain season is coming and Its my DD. I'm in California if anyone down here has a shell or willing to sell me their sunroof. The glass itself, or the whole sunroof unit.

worse comes to worse you can always get a 36" x 36" piece of vinyl, and just wrap the roof to protect from the rain... might not be the prettiest thing... but it would work

Make your own out of plexi-glass shouldnt be to hard
