My 1jzgte S12 is gone and done for good (not sure if anyone on this forum saw it), im gonna build a new one later

Received this awesome S14 from a good friend, a shell ready to go. Took the 1jz out of my 200sx and will be poppin it in this s14 that had been previously 1j'd. my goal is to qualify hyperfest comp in june!
It's dark ATM and my garage is full of other s chassis's ATM

First plan! Get a r154 shifter extension I didn't need one in the s12.. I'm on it

installed the lights, they are stock. he included stock lights. i guess it had aftermarket ones before

gonna prepare the bay tomorrow, been stripping it down. Gotta make a bracket for the fusebox where its new position is.
maybe redo the fuel line setup, using double flared fittings





then i need to clean/tape it all up/paint

my S12 a few years ago had this color bay while it was sr'd. I think this blue goes well with the purple, might be using it on the cage/other accents in the car

that s12 was so beat, 4 + seasons and 7 motors took its toll. everyone gets a new chassis eventually, i need one that will aid me in tandem.. it was hard enough to keep the s12 together. called it quits when the 1j broke my diff for the second time, that SRA diff is hard to locate.

plus on the bright side look at what i ended up with, this s14 is awesome

hell yea, i want a IRS coupe, i got a SRA s12 coupe hidden in these pix^^^ above i might purchase someday



small update..

My girl washing the S chassis's ive got left (hit a wall on the RF last DN a few weeks ago with the daily), ill be getting a shifter extension made soon within the next week or two.
Excited! new job at toyota awaiting paychecks..
