top feed fuel rail wont bolt up

i was about to buy a circuit sports top feed fuel rail off my buddy. i have a isis intake manifold and it would barely line up with two bolts. tried also on a ebay freddy style with the same issue. lines up with stock manifold perfect. which top feed fuel rail do i need to purchase that will work? ive been searching for pictures with one mounted to verify but cant find any

Those ebay intake manifolds have very poor mount points for the rail. You will have to do some modding to make it work. Personally just run the OE plenum simpler and cleaner than knockoff manifold.

Sorry you will probably need to go with a JWT fuel rail or a greddy fuel rail on greddy manifold. Or if you baller you go like HKS....

i was looking at the HKS but seems to have same mounting locations. godspeed/obx/circuitsports all have same mounting looks like. can bolt it up with two but the third is way off. stock fuel rail fits just fine tho

Yeah even bolting that stuff up to the motor, the 3rd one is way off..... Modify or get a real greddy manifold....

89 Nissan 240SX - GTcarz – Automotive forums for cars & trucks.

check his picture of the hks rail. this is the issue im trying to sort out. was thinking of rewelding the mounting tab to work. i hate that half assed fitment

i have compared the greddy manifold and isis side by side at my shop. they are the exact same. isis actually has smoother casting....
