CEL code "32" EGR function HELP (SOHC)

so my car has been hesitating real bad read the code ,32 egr function , replaced the egr valve and still same code pops up within 5 min of driving
did i just throw away $90.00 on an egr I didnt need
I replaced every single vac hose
WTF?!?
HELP ME this is driving me nuts what the hell do I do now

It might be the EGR tempeture sensor.

You can take the EGR temperature sensor and clean it, they sometimes get all that carbon build up on them. And $205 was for the OEM one right? because you can get one from amazon for cheaper.

Ok I replaced the MAF I replaced the egr temp sensor verified the egr control solenoid is functional , but yet is still throws a "32" egr function CEL and bogs like crazy
HELP ME!!!!!!!!!! WTF????????
