s13 sr20det turbo dosnt boost??

I just did a s13 sr swap, and worked good for three days, just today the t25 turbo doesnt boost. I dont have a boost gauge, but the car has no boost, disconnect the hot pipe, and the car got worst. But looking at the wastgate it doesnt even move a bit. Any ideas?

The car can be driven but cant go over 4500rpm.. No boost leak or anything. Its a s13 black top.
I thought the wastegate quit working, but i have a godspeed wastgate and put the vacum hose on it and it doesnt work eather. I use the nipple under the throttle body for the wastgate and its been working last three days just fine.
