No stains or tears etc. floormats still look new

Exterior: 2-tone cream/gold
No dents or dings
Surface rust starting on side skirt- about a quarter size; not deep at all- May fix before sale.
NO RUST ELSEWHERE
Hood paint thin; it's an old car- rest of paint is super nice.

A/c works fine.
Aftermarket radio.
Spedo is acting funky.
