ca18det running issues

So I swapped a ca18det into my. 240.
It will start up and idle rough.
But is quick to rev when I hit the accelerator.
Though when I drive it and put a load on it
It runs horrible. Doesn't want to accelerate
Hesiated fight going.
Any advice would be great.
Motor is completely stock.
I'm using stock 240 fuel pump
Thank you

I was thinking either that or the throttle positioning sensor

Any code? If Anything you should upgrade the fuel pump and fpr. Because I had the same problem before and it will take time to get it right. First you should with better spark plugs , becuase it's cheap . But you should really upgrade the fuel pump , so you don't lean out.

I swapped a ca18det into my 240sx and ran into this problem. it can be three main things.
it easier to txt and tell you you or feel free to call me at 9095282710

but having said that. always start
by checking the fuel pressure. the stock 240sx will not support a ca18det (this is from personal expreience) my stock fuel pump fell short, a ca18det has larger injectors than a ka24d(e) i bought a walbro

second, the ca18 has butterfly valves bottom half of the intake manifold. make sure the vaccum line is running correctly. if the butterfly valve isnt opening, itll cause this exact propblem

again feel free to call or txt if needed
