Well I'm just looking for some advice on the next mod for my 240. Here is what's been done so far, and I just installed the FMIC on my own without any help today........( sorry I feel proud :P )

FPR, FP Gauge, (maybe S-AFC2 also for tuning), better fuel pump! You need these BEFORE a boost controller/larger turbo or you're going to lean out.

if you anything besides drag, Flybert and Doctadrift have important suggestions too.

I 2nd the brakes. I would do brakes on ANY 240. Dailydriven, track duty, anything. If you are going to drive it put on some better brakes(Q45, Z32, Z33 brembo, etc.)

I'd also suggest a quality aftermarket water temp gauge... It's a known thing that stock gauges suck.

Handling? a 2way diff, and some subframspacers.
Power? A fuel pump, z32 maf, injectors, safcII, and a boost controller.
