S13 240sx SPEEDOMETER HELP...

Ok, so my heads up display for my S13 is cooked. I have NO speedometer, it Ain't gonna work. So I either have to spend big $$$ to fix it, Look for one on ebay that might work, or try to swap out a non heads up gauge or something. Any ideas? I need to know how fast I am goin for those lonely nights on the highway when I have a state trooper behind me... Any ideas or possible solutions would be GREATLY appreciated. I gotta figure out how to get this speedometer switched or fixed... Thanks

To swap it out, you're gonna need the cluster and the dongle. Not sure if that's the right term. The HUD cluster has 5 plugs +1 for the HUD. The regular cluster only has 3 plugs. I just swapped out my dash and cluster for a HUD one. What a PITA.

to go from hud to analog you need a cluster and SUBHARNESS the subharness plugs into the main harness near the center vent in the dash it is two white plugs. take the new subhanress and plug in the two white plugs then plug the three plugs into the back of the analog cluster and screw it back in

easy quick clean and simple have fun!!!
