The airbag deployed on this dash, which is not original. The interior had been removed and previous owner replaced from donor vehicle.

Id be worried about the vin number not being consistent with the other parts of the car. Registration can be tough unless the tags were swapped, which..well..you know

That might be a consideration as the dash does have a different vin plate than the rest of the car. No issue with registration at all for me and Michigan doesn't require vehicle inspections as other states do.
