Ka24de loses power around 3k rpms??

Ok guys, ive had this issue for a while. Motor is an s13 Ka. While driving normally car does fine. if trying to hammer on it the car feels like its hitting a wall when it gets around 3-3200 rpm's. still pulls but not like it should. Ive tried replacing the maf and that didnt do much. motor is all stock. no CEL. Any Ideas??

Start testing all the components of the engine. Timing, voltages of all the sensors, condition of them as well. If anything is out of spec, set it back to spec and or replace it if you can't. When was the last tune up? Cap, rotor, wires and plugs should be taken care of as well. Basic maitenence is the Achilles heel on an old car.

Assuming you've played with the timing, try adjusting the TPS.
