If the motor with the turbo is not being use or started for a couple of years, the turbine get stuck, like freeze up, Hard to turn? Well i bought the whole front clip and when I pulled out the turbo..i noticed that the turbine is hard to turn but have no shaft play. I have to use a socket wrench to turn it.

According to the seller it's normal because it's been sitting there, oil gets dry and said that will turn freely as soon it's get warm up..This is the first time I heard..so what do you think guys?

nah shouldnt be like that,

take some oil and pour it down the oil return tube and and see if that helps
