Oh I definitely knew that

The CR Kai's I sold to a buddy at the beginning of 2012 so I could fund my 2nd engine rebuild

I bolted it in separately, I thought about welding it in but I realized i wouldn't gain anything from it so I didn't bother

Mini update, got the car all uncovered today since it was beautiful out

changed my fouled plugs and did the resistor trick for the knock sensor, car runs like a dream now and no longer breaks up or bogs

she cleans up nice

went out for a little cruise with some friends to get some pictures, no sliding yet though, a few clearance issues with the front fenders and wheel wells that need to be addressed before i start throwing it into corners but it rips hard as fuck in a straight line

thats it for now, more interesting shit coming soon

Yeah I've got mixed feelings about the purple too, my fiancée says it looks fucking stupid lol but I feel like it's almost like nostalgic for me since the bay has been like that since early 09 so it's kinda like hanging on to a chapter of the cars life, I know it sounds lame, in the next 2 years the car getting another color change on the outside, definitely re-spraying the bay not sure if I'm gonna do a color change or not yet but many things are going to change in the next year or 2 for sure
