106k miles White exterior, red cloth interior T-tops 5-speed manual Clean NJ title $2500 obo Engine: L28e naturally aspirated inline-6 (non-turbo) MSA cold air intake High-flow catalytic converter MSA 2.5” catback exhaust Suspension/wheels: Tokico HP springs Tokico HP struts Suspension Techniques front and rear sway bars Suspension Techniques polyurethane bushings XXR 513 16x8 +0 black with polished deep lip Falken Ziex 225/50/r16 tires Interior: Red cloth dash cover Chrome/red carbon shift knob Body: MSA clear headlight covers MSA type II fiberglass front bumper (new, uninstalled) Issues: Several areas of rust: battery tray, front fender frames, doors, roof, trunk (Frame rails and floorboards are still good) Some dings and paint chips on doors and front bumper T-top leaks in heavy rain near a-pillars No AC (belt was removed); not sure whether or not the compressor actually works Radio works, but display is dim Expired inspection sticker This 1983 280zx is fast, reliable, fun, a thrill to drive, and attracts looks and attention everywhere. She runs and drives fine, handles AMAZINGLY, and feels great to cruise in with the tops off on a warm day. I would love to keep her, but I am relocating soon and will not have enough room at my new location. This car was driven mostly on the weekends and on warm days to and from my workplace (about a 50-mile commute). I only fill up with premium gas (93 octane), and oil changes have been done every 2500-3000 miles. Though I don’t want to see her go, I think she’ll serve someone else better who can drive her and give her the attention she deserves.
