what about locking the brake in place for parking purposes. does that work? i thought the Ksport handbrakes features a reservoir? am I wrong. This install sounds way simpler than I figured it to be. Does that mean you no longer need to utilize the factory ebrake cable?

There is a flip tab that is orange..you can see it engaged and disengauged in my pics...I by no means work for K sport so if you fab up your own handle you just need to use match up the male flare ends for you e-brake BMC fittings and you can use my kit..you dont have to use the k sport kit.

I am interested. I would like more brake line length because i would like to put mine more near the front of the dash beside the shifter counsel. That way i still have my stock ebrake for parking.
