After only being able to work on the car for 2.5 days, I left the car to Mckinney Motorsports to finish. They were really busy with other projects before mine, but they have been working on it here and there during my 11 day long business trip. The car really only needed probably another 7-10 hours of wiring and other misc things. The car is nearly complete and should be running Monday-Tuesday. Mckinney was nice enough to send me some updated shots since I have been gone.
Yes I plan to clean the engine bay better after it runs. Follow the captions Engine with the tall, single plane intake manifold and air cleaner nearly clears. Some risers in the back may help and not require a cut out in the hood. Modified upper radiator inlet to allow for a direct shot. The large 3 core radiator was recessed in the core support some to allow for a little more space (but could have been done without). Debris shield to keep anything coming off the tire from hitting my Holley 150 GPH billet fuel pump or Earls fuel filter. Cut out for the 15 gallon cell, fuel pump sits level to the sump. All of the fuel system is complete. The one piece driveshaft, and you can see the fuel lines running to the front. All new power steering lines.

Looks great. Sure will be nice to come home to that! Where are PS lines from?

Congrats, sounds mean! post up some driving videos.
I've been thinking once I get another car im going to probably sell my SR and go this route except I'd do a Ford 302 swap with a tremec world class T5 tranny.

We had a hell of a time with the charging system. I have spent countless hours going through wiring diagrams on why I cannot get the alternator to create more than 12 volts at idle. The problem ended up being something so stupid I didn't recognize before. The pulley setup is a 15% reduction, meaning that the alternator is actually spinning 15% slower than the engine, in which was not making it work. On these Delco style alternators, they need to be above 2000 rpm (at the alternator) to create voltage. So now I need to spend money on a larger crank pulley and a smaller alternator pulley to help this problem and create a positive ratio in which the alternator is spinning faster than the engine.

Here are my weights, which puts the split at .5% off from stock, and 24 pounds more dry than a stock S13, with all interior there and 1/2 tank of gas. I weigh about 180, so figures will be a little higher. coilovers arent set, hence the left to right variance.

Here is a little preview of what it will look like in 2-4 months. Flat black with the DMAX Type 1 kit, +40 front and +50 rears with a stock hood, brick headlights, and a TRA/6666 NASCAR spoiler. Forgeline ZX3 in around a 18x10 -10 F and 18x11 -15 R. So a much deeper offset, closer to the picture below but with a gunmetal/titanium lip and a matte black center (like the photoshop).

Are you sure the lines you used for power steering are rated for that pressure? I used teflon lined stainless steel because I was afraid that normal rubber interior hose would not hold the pressure over time. Just a thought.
