dude what was up with the fights last nite? swick looked terrible, almost as if he was scared or lost power. Cote was a good fight, pelegrinos tooth through the lip was insane.

not really man, Swick actually looked impressive.

his TDD was amazing, you cant look good when a guy is trying to take you down every 5 seconds.

its just 1 fight at 170, there will be better ones.

true dat also, i know a difference in 15 lbs is alot, but i seriously was expecting him to be alot faster and to surprise burkman with some combos, but then again burkman is no slouch. hats off to the both of them.

on a side note, what you gusy think about FEB 2nd?! im excited!

cant wait to see brock smash Mir, and see the minotaur knock out Tim Sylvia. that guy is a joke. i would have loved to see him try to take the belt away from Randy instead of just fighting an open match for the title.

well its not like he died or anything. im sure he recovered perfectly fine and went back to training and is now off roids..well maybe not ha.

but yeah never really cared about randleman. he is one of those "coulda been" a good MMA fighter but yeah i think when he goes into the fight he just leaves the game plan outside and does what he wants.

I wouldn't mind seeing brock come out and start pounding, take him down and overwelm frank. he better keep track of what hes doing with those arms though...just ask tim.

as for the free ride, fuck it, its just an attention grabbing fight (I would have a different attitude if it was a title shot though). probably aimed at the wrestling and football markets to try to gain some new fans.

Mir is no pushover, but brock is freakin explosive. i saw him live in june last year when he won his first match. hes ridiculously fast for his size. str8 linebacker tackled min soo kim i think his name is? and grounded and pounded him until he tapped out. hes freakin strong and faster than most LHWs. i agree with Pat Miltich on saying this year he is going to surprise everyone. still Mir does scare me cuz hes a blackbelt in JJ and has experience. its going to be a good event all in all.
