I have done everything in my power to help those people that didn't get their product, or refunds, but there's only so much I can do. That's a hell of a lot more than I can say for you. I remember you saying that you didn't tell us of his past mishaps because we never asked, WHY SHOULD WE HAVE TO ASK?!

If anything it's more your fault than mine because you could have told us about what he had done in the past, but you just sat on your ass and watched it all happen so you could say "I told you so." I would have expected more from a senior member, but obviously I expect too much out of people.

Plain and simple, you're an asshole, I don't need to say anymore, your words prove that for me, I don't give a fuck what you think about me, I do care what others that got shorted think. You weren't involved with the group buy so leave it alone and let me deal with it. I don't need to put up with some dick on an ego trip when I'm trying to help people.

I'm done with this thread and I'm done arguing, anyone that still needs help, you know where to reach me, I'll do my best.

According to Ian he has put up a few groupbuys to try and generate enough cash to pay off all of his 'deals gone bad'.  I'm fairly certain there are only about 4 or so of us that are owed money...and he's slowly paying us off (example: rice eata).  Yup...i'm cool.

you know , i ahve been lurking here for a while, and i have been following this whole thing on here and fa ....and it really sucks that some of you lost your money , but #1 as i see it , you should never sned any one you dont know money that you have no way of getting back! (money order , cashiers check )you should always use paypal , or some other montiored site.... #2 , your attitudes suck , all you poeple calling his distributor made this deal fall through , and made him lose a distributor , which really sucks from a bussiness stand point ...#3 , the poor guy is selling his car , when i called on it he told me he was selling to pay off debt from a deal gone bad , but i didnt press any more , he wanted too much for the car any way. and some you guys have the nerve to threaten to go and do physical harm to this guy or his car ? and say that people have driven by his house , in florida that is stalking ! and you guys have just admitted to it in writing . #4what good is telling people not to deal with ian ? if he cant make any more money , then you will never get paid ! this is real ugly , and you guys arent make it any better by talking shit about it, and blaming other poeple ! if you have a legitmate claim , then go file it , the fbi, or fcc will investigate , and they will find the truth , and if you are owed money they will get it back for you. honestly , i hope that some of you , the ones with the bad attitudes , dont get shit !</td></tr></table><span id='postcolor'>

I'm with you Rockout. It's funny how the people who lost their money are the ones who are being patient, meanwhile we have people who have no part in this, threatening the guy. I have no doubt that Ian is legitimate, something just got screwed up along the way. Who knows, maybe his distributors are the ones who were screwing him. But I'm confident that if I'm patient and don't start harassing the guy who has already said he would get my money back then I WILL get my money back. So lets everyone (i.e. the people who haven't lost anything) get over it and as we (i.e. the people who have lost something) hear something, we will let everyone know.

P.S. Don't rely on paypal too much. 30 days after you complete your transaction, they virtually wash their hands of you, no exceptions, not even the fact that the product wasn't even supposed to arrive for 30 days. Your taking a chance with anything you have to pre-pay for.

One of the things that worries me about Ian, is that he really hasn't told me where our money went. I wish he would come on here and explain to us, what went wrong. The only thing he told me is that one person called his distruber and give him a bad rep.
