Palin is really getting on my nerves. The recent speech she gave at the R convention had so much spite and lack of substance. There is something eerily fanatical about this woman. Truly terrible choice. McCain's lost this election for sure, and I have certainly lost all faith in his campaign. 'moderate' my ass. first the neo-cons, now this crap. the republicans might as well be the "religious right party". The GOP is a farce right now.

Weird, whenever I hear her speak, she makes me think of the religious lady from The Mist.

This was a very strange republican convention in my opinion.
Basically, what they were openly saying is, if you want change, vote republicans into the White House, so they can fix the eight years worth of damage done by republicans in the White House.

Yeah, her biggest goofs were:

1.) The Bush Doctrine thing. It's not necessarily that bad that she didn't know what it was, but it was bad that she tried to make a bunch of shit up.
