Never painted, mounted, or scratched. Comes with factory hardware including end caps. They are black ABS so you don't necessarily need to paint them. I was going to install them when I do my body work, but I decided to go a different route. I also have the stock rear spoiler. Check out how much the skirts go for from the dealer, just make the call to compare!
