Problem with Fuel Pump not priming or turning on

Ok so first off I have a 92 240sx. 180sx type x blacktop with a J4 ecu. I used to daily this car with no problems whatsoever. I parked it in the garage for about a month because I bought a daily for cheap. I go out to start after a month of not starting it and my car and just cranks and cranks and doesnt fire at all. I did some testing with a multimeter and found that im getting no power at all to the egi pump, which I believe turns on the fuel pump. Has anyone else ran into this problem and know what causes it?

Make sure your connectors are getting power. Happened to me before.

For any reason did you unplug the fuel pump harness in the rear? Stupid but I've seen it happen before.

Disconnect the fuel feed line from the fuel rail on the engine. Turn the ignition key to on. (Engaging the starter isn't necessary) Does fuel come squirting out of the fuel line? If no, disconnect the fuel pump (I'm guessing the S13 has a disconnect in the trunk area somewhere on top of the gas tank) turn the key to on, while checking for power at the connector. Got power at the connector? Replace the fuel pump. No power at the connector? Double check your fuses and if necessary, trace back through the wiring to find the issue. Like FaLKoN240 mentioned, the ECU could be causing the issue. The fuel pump turns on via an electrical ground through the ECU. A faulty ECU won't ground the fuel pump, thus not allowing electrical power flow to pump.
