MD 1993 Acura Integra for trade for 240sx

I have a 1993 Acura integra 5 speed up for trade. I'm looking for older Nissan 240sx or 3 series bmws, mainly older rwd 5speed cars.
I picked up this integra from a co worker it was sitting for a year.
Ill start with the bad:
Has rust. Passenger rear wheel well, driver door and some on the hatch. I have applied stop rust to all of the spots so it will not spread anymore.
Trunk has a leak, may need sun roof drains cleaned.
Ac doesn't work. Not sure why compressor doesn't kick on
And needs a main relay. I will be replacing the relay soon before anyone gets the car though.
Driver seat is currently out of the car. I am replacing the seat rails.

It has 17xxxx miles. Runs great other than the main relay, common older civic,integra and accord issue. Has trouble starting when hot sometimes. Had a new distributor put on recently.
I was going to put it on the road and daily drive it but I'd really like a rwd car.
Let me know what you have. Also no longer has spair tire on. Wheel needed new valve stem.

Yeah just tried editing because it won't let me upload but one picture from my phone at a time... And it flipped the other upside down also. Ill fix it from my laptop in the morning....

Doubt anyone will trade their 240 for a fwd integra...jst saying. Better off selling on CL and then buying a 240

You never know. Im not expecting a miracle by any means. just figured id throw it out there. its on craigslist too.
